We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality, reliable service. To ensure we can continue delivering this standard, it is necessary to update our postage rates. As you may be aware, our postage rates have remained unchanged since 2021.
We will be implementing these updates effective 15th May 2026.
A summary of the new postage rates are outlined below:
PORTAL FREIGHT: $16
*MINIMUM CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WILL CHANGE TO $32*

A limited contactless pickup service is available from 10am to 3.30pm Tuesday to Friday. Please note this service is for members who are unable to have their orders delivered and have preordered their supplies.
Pickups are not available on Mondays.
Our phone lines are manned from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Other closures are for Annual Stocktake from 12.00 pm on the last business day of June each year and for the Christmas period Wednesday 23rd December 2026 to Friday 1st January 2027 inclusive.
